We have a high success rate in patent appeals.  We go out of our way to find about the fact evidence, and carefully decide its sufficiency in support of our contentions.

We consider your situation and business plan when faced with the possibility of an appeal. We understand that not every case will be a high-priority case, particularly when faced with the prospect of a potentially expensive appeal. We have, however, had considerable success with pre-appeal submissions, and are often able to avoid full appeal in this fashion.
